How the certification of online roulette takes place on a technical and practical level

On the other hand, investigating the technical aspect, the state ministry requires a certificate of successful outcome relating to the conformity tests of the gaming platform in question, based on the technical standards associated with a specific law, for example: "Discipline of games of skill as well as of games of chance with fixed odds and card games organized in a form other than a tournament with remote participation".
This is to protect the interests of the players, ensuring a fair, standard functioning and reliable platform.
In practice, this certificate can be obtained by a certification body recognized by the ministry and therefore by the state called the Accredited Verification Body;
The law provides that the gaming software is re-evaluated once a year and constantly monitored (even for a long consecutive period) to avoid anomalies.
The RNG code or the random number generator, that is the program that releases the numbers on online roulette is subjected during this period to various checks including the source code, the mathematical theories behind it, and the functioning and system of the RNG proper.
This at the end of the speech should mean that the generation of numbers takes place with truly random definable results, that is, without correlation between one output and another, and over a very long period a correct uniformity, just what we want to expect both on online roulette and on the physical one.
The certifying bodies do not neglect to evaluate other additional aspects that go beyond the actual online session, such as the correct functionality of access to the gaming account and, through inspections, compliance with the rules regarding physical places, environments, and the machines, the servers, where the game software runs.
